Hrishiraj Bhattacharjee
Founder & CEO
Hrishiraj Bhattacharjee is the Founder & CEO of Team Karimganj Technology Solutions Private Limited and has a master’s in Intelligence Analysis from King’s College London. He is a seasoned technology and intelligence professional with two decades of experience in research, corporate risk management, threat intelligence, and data analysis. An accomplished people manager with background in setting, organizing and managing large remote workforces that are dispersed geographically and culturally, his works concentrate on gathering and analyzing intelligence. He is also adept at creating and overseeing extremely economical solutions for managed technology services and products. A strong proponent of the enormous unrealized potential of young people from rural and other distant parts of India, Mr. Bhattacharjee feels that the "tyranny of distance" is no longer a valid justification in the modern era. To bring his vision to life, Team Karimganj was founded.
Samuel Kennedy
Chief Intelligence Officer
Samuel Kennedy is the Chief Intelligence Officer at Team Karimganj Technology Solutions Private Limited. He has over 18 years of experience in the intelligence and cybersecurity arenas, having used and cultivated expertise ranging from OSINT, cloud services, and penetration testing to intricate investigations on the dark web. His research dexterity is augmented by his skills in shell scripting, C, ASM, Python, Web Scripting and a comprehensive understanding of diverse operating systems and contemporary technologies. Beyond technical acumen, his linguistic skills enable research across more than 60 global languages. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with various corporate, semi-private and governmental agencies, contributing to intelligence operations in defense, military, human trafficking, narcotics, counterterrorism, corporate investigations and corporate risk management.
Ramyabrata Chakraborty
Senior Vice President
Ramyabrata Chakraborty, Senior Vice President, Research and Consulting Practice, is a highly skilled business consultant specialized in the defense sector with an extensive experience in market research and consulting spanning over a decade. Holding a master’s degree in management, his previous stints include serving as an external consultant for the Indian Ministry of Defense and its subsidiaries such as BEL and HAL, providing invaluable insights in growth and strategy consulting projects. Ramyabrata's expertise extends globally, having provided services to US defense contractors, defense OEMs and tier-1 suppliers. Additionally, he has contributed his strategic acumen to market research projects in Aviation, Space and Automotive sectors. With a professional history that encompasses various roles at prestigious firms like PwC India, Frost & Sullivan, Ramyabrata has been recognized for his ability to deliver comprehensive solutions and drive success in complex business environments.
Dr. Nandini Deb
Head, Strategic Communications
Dr. Nandini Deb is the Head, Strategic Communications at Team Karimganj. Dr. Deb has an extensive experience spanning over 12 years in the media industry. She has previously held the position of a PR executive for a prominent event management company and has subsequently served as a media educator for over 7 years across various esteemed institutes and universities in India. As a journalist, Dr. Deb’s portfolio includes an array of contributions, notable among which is her interview with Mr. Ibrahim Hussain Zaki, the President of the Maldivian Democratic Party. Additionally, her consultancy contributions extend to renowned brands, including her association with Michelin Tires. She has published 2 book chapters with Routledge, one on Digital Divide and another on Anthropocene and ethnicity specific to North-east India.
Dr. Parthana Sarma
Head, Data Science Division
Dr. Parthana Sarma is the Head, Data Science Division, Team Karimganj Technology Solutions Private Limited. Dr. Sarma is an ardent researcher and has a PhD in the field of Biomedical Signal Processing and Data Science from Indian Institute of Information Technology Guwahati. Her research entails analysing human emotions and effectively identifying them from electroencephalogram signals. She has published papers across reputed journals including IEEE Transactions on Instrumentation and Measurement, Biomedical Signal Processing and Control and IEEE Access. Further, she has been involved with several projects as Assistant Director, Research & Innovation, at University of Science and Technology Meghalaya (USTM). There she had the opportunity to conduct primary and secondary research to create and study market and entrepreneurial reports; conduct data analysis; identify potential of developing new products that are fit for local markets; interact with clients in analyst calls and prospecting calls; conduct classes and develop curriculum for electronics and data science related subjects.
