Report Delivery and Customization Process

Delivery Timeline

• Standard Reports: If you order a readily available report, it will be delivered to your email within 12 to 24 working hours after payment is confirmed. All reports undergo a quality check to ensure you receive accurate and reliable information.
• Custom Reports: For customized reports, we will deliver your report within the agreed timeline, as discussed with one of our representatives. You will receive your report in the format you selected – PDF, Excel, PowerPoint, or via cloud access – based on your license agreement.

Types of Reports

HMS offers two types of reports:

1. Syndicated Reports: These reports contain standardized data, statistics, and information organized according to our typical Table of Contents (TOC). They are ideal for general insights into specific markets.

2. Customized Reports: These reports are tailored to meet your specific needs. If you require a customized report, you will need to agree to the customized TOC before making your final payment. Once the TOC is finalized, we will begin working on your report and deliver it in the formats you have selected.

Additional Requirements

Please keep in mind that once the TOC for a customized report is finalized, we will adhere to the agreed timeline for delivery. If you have additional requirements after finalization, there may be extra costs involved. We will inform you of any additional charges before proceeding.
